The advantages of interventions obviously outweigh the disadvantages or the disadvantages obviously outweigh the advantages

Weak recommendation (for/against)

The advantages and disadvantages of interventions are uncertain or the evidence regardless of its quality shows that the advantages and disadvantages are equal
